A tragic accident occurred on Monday afternoon when a man in his 60s was killed after his vehicle struck a large granite boulder east of Toronto.
According to police, the incident took place around 2:30 p.m. on Highway 401 near the town of Newcastle. The man, who has not been identified, was driving eastbound when his vehicle veered off the road and collided with the boulder.
