Officers from the 3 District – Welland / Pelham office of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) are searching for missing person Serenity Cote.
It was reported to the NRPS on May 4, 2024, at 3:30AM that Serenity was last seen by her family on May 3, 2024, at approximately 8:30AM when she was dropped off at school in the area of Thorold Road and Rice Road in Welland. She attended class but did not return home (Eastwood Drive and Poplar Crescent area in Welland) after school.
On May 4, 2024, at 10:15AM, Serenity was seen in the area of the Tim Horton’s at Thorold Road and Rice Road in Welland. She is suspected to be on foot.
Serenity (see photo) is described as:
White female 5’4″ feet tall 110lbs. Brown hair
Last seen wearing:
Grey track pants with black leggings underneath Black hoodie
The police and Serenity’s family are concerned for her welfare. Anyone who may have information as to her location are asked to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1009106.
