3 Indian nationals accused of murdering Hardeep Singh Nijjar facing court in B.C.

Three Indian nationals are currently facing court in British Columbia for the alleged murder of Hardeep Singh Nijjar. The accused, Gurjinder Dhaliwal, Gurpreet Singh, and Talwinder Khun Khun, appeared in court on Monday to face charges of first-degree murder.

Nijjar, a 32-year-old man from Surrey, was found dead in a vehicle in Richmond on May 1, 2017. The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) took over the case and after a thorough investigation, the three suspects were arrested and charged.

According to IHIT, the three accused were known to Nijjar and the murder was targeted. The motive for the murder has not been disclosed.
