Man taken into custody after allegedly caught trespassing at Drake's Bridle Path mansion

A man has been apprehended by authorities after allegedly trespassing at Canadian rapper Drake’s Bridle Path mansion.

According to police, the incident occurred on Tuesday evening when the man was caught on the property of the multi-million dollar estate located in Toronto’s upscale Bridle Path neighbourhood.

The suspect, whose identity has not been released, was taken into custody by police and is facing charges of trespassing and mischief.

Drake, who was not home at the time of the incident, has not commented on the matter.

This is not the first time the Grammy-winning artist’s Bridle Path mansion has been targeted by trespassers. In 2017, a woman was arrested after breaking into the property and helping herself to refreshments.

The Bridle Path neighbourhood, known for its luxurious homes and high-profile residents, has seen an increase in trespassing incidents in recent years. In 2019, a man was arrested for trespassing at the home of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, also located in the area.

Police are reminding the public to respect the privacy of others and to refrain from trespassing on private property.
