Sabourin, a member of the Chatham Wrestling Club, competed in the 57kg weight class at the Mac Invitational in Hamilton. After a strong performance, she secured the silver medal, adding to her impressive list of accomplishments in the sport.
In other sports news, Branton, a talented track and field athlete from Chatham, has her sights set on the ultimate goal – the Olympics. With her determination and hard work, she hopes to one day represent her country on the world stage.
Unfortunately, it was not a successful weekend for the Chatham Red Devils hockey team. They suffered two losses, first to the London Nationals and then to the St. Thomas Stars. Despite the setbacks, the team remains determined and focused on improving their performance in the upcoming games.
