Officers from the 1 District – (St. Catharines/Thorold) of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) are searching for missing person Norman Rockwell.
Norman was last seen on May 14, 2024, at approximately 12:30pm in the area of Ontario Street and Dorothy Street in St Catharines. His means of travel is unknown.
Norman is described as:
White male Slender build 5’1 Grey hair partly bald Wearing khaki pants.
The police and Norman’s family are concerned for his welfare. Anyone who may have information as to her location are asked to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1024330.
Members of the public who wish to provide information anonymously can contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara online or by calling 1-800-222-8477. Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to persons who contact the program with information which leads to an arrest.
