Investigation revealed an altercation took place at the Crystal Beach Waterfront Park parking lot between two vehicles which escalated into a high-speed chase resulting in the victim’s vehicle being struck by a bullet on RebstockRoad.
Detectives are requesting that anyone who might have been in the area, anyone who witnessed the shooting or anyone driving through the area who may have dashcam video of the incident to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, ext. 1007733.
Detectives are asking for video surveillance for a grey Lexus E33 being chased by the suspect vehicle described as a dark blue oldermodel 4 door BMW 3 or 5 series, driving through the residential neighbourhoods of Crystal Beach on Saturday,May 19, 2024, between the hours of 11:40pm to 11:55pm.
Members of the public who wish to provide information anonymously can contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara online or by calling 1-800-222-8477. Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to persons who contact the program with information which leads to an arrest.
