A 17-year-old teenager from Whitby, Ontario has been charged with assaulting a police officer after an incident involving a vape, according to Durham Regional Police.
The altercation occurred on Monday evening when officers responded to a call about a group of teenagers vaping in a parking lot near Brock Street and Dundas Street West in Whitby.
