Multiple RCMP cruisers search vehicle at Cooper Rd & Enterprise Way

Kelowna, BC – A large police presence was seen at the intersection of Cooper Road and Enterprise Way on Tuesday afternoon as multiple RCMP cruisers searched a vehicle.

According to witnesses, the incident began around 2:30 pm when several police vehicles surrounded a black SUV at the intersection. The area was quickly cordoned off and traffic was diverted as officers searched the vehicle.

The reason for the search is currently unknown, but witnesses reported seeing officers removing items from the SUV and placing them into evidence bags. The RCMP have not released any information about the incident at this time.
