Police seek potential witnesses in Mill Creek Ravine homicide

Police in Edmonton are seeking potential witnesses in connection to a homicide that occurred in Mill Creek Ravine.

According to authorities, the incident took place on the evening of May 25th, when officers responded to a report of a deceased male in the ravine. The victim has been identified as 27-year-old Michael Bradley Laronde.

Investigators are now asking anyone who may have been in the area of Mill Creek Ravine between 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on May 25th to come forward with any information they may have. This includes individuals who may have seen or heard anything suspicious or out of the ordinary.

Police are also interested in speaking with anyone who may have been in contact with Laronde in the days leading up to his death. They believe that these individuals may have valuable information that could assist in the investigation.

At this time, no suspects have been identified and the motive for the homicide remains unknown. However, police are treating the case as a targeted attack and do not believe there is any risk to the general public.
