A U-Haul truck crashed into a home in Rexdale, injuring two people, according to police.
The incident occurred on Monday afternoon at around 2:30 p.m. on Kipling Avenue near Mount Olive Drive.
According to Toronto police, the U-Haul truck was traveling southbound on Kipling Avenue when it lost control and crashed into a home, causing significant damage to the front of the house.
Two people inside the home at the time of the crash were injured and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Their injuries are reported to be non-life-threatening.
The driver of the U-Haul truck remained at the scene and is cooperating with police. It is unclear at this time what caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle.
