Two individuals have been injured, one critically, in a stabbing incident that occurred in North York, according to Toronto Paramedics.

The incident took place on Monday evening at around 8:30 p.m. in the area of Jane Street and Sheppard Avenue West. Emergency services were called to the scene and found two victims with stab wounds.

One of the victims, a male in his 20s, was in critical condition and was rushed to a trauma centre for treatment. The other victim, a female in her 30s, sustained serious injuries and was also transported to a nearby hospital.
