The cast of the hit Netflix series “The Umbrella Academy” is showing their love for Toronto as they gear up for the final season of the show.
In a recent video posted on social media, the cast members can be seen singing the praises of the city, expressing their gratitude for the warm welcome they have received from Torontonians.
“I love Toronto,” says Emmy Raver-Lampman, who plays Allison Hargreeves on the show. “The people here are so kind and welcoming. It’s been such a pleasure to film here.”
The video also features Tom Hopper, who plays Luther Hargreeves, expressing his admiration for the city’s diverse culture and vibrant energy.
“Toronto is such a melting pot of different cultures and backgrounds,” Hopper says. “It’s been amazing to experience that and be a part of it.”
The cast members also took the opportunity to thank the city for its support throughout the filming of the show’s final season.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better place to film our show,” says David Castañeda, who plays Diego Hargreeves. “The city has been so accommodating and we are truly grateful for that.”
The Umbrella Academy, which is based on the comic book series of the same name, has been filming in Toronto since 2018. The show has become a fan favorite, with its unique blend of action, drama, and humor.
