Saskatoon police are currently investigating a suspicious death that occurred in the city.
According to authorities, the incident took place on Sunday evening in the 100 block of Avenue O South. Police were called to the scene around 7:30 p.m. after receiving reports of a deceased individual.
Upon arrival, officers found a deceased person inside a residence. The identity of the individual has not been released at this time.
The Saskatoon Police Major Crimes Unit, along with the Forensic Identification Section, is currently conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death. The cause of death has not yet been determined.
