A motorcyclist has been arrested for a hit-and-run incident involving a scooter in Montreal.
According to police, the incident occurred on Tuesday evening at the intersection of Saint-Denis and Saint-Joseph streets. The motorcyclist, who has not been identified, allegedly struck a scooter and fled the scene.
The scooter rider, a 32-year-old man, sustained minor injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
After an investigation, police were able to locate and arrest the motorcyclist on Wednesday. The individual is facing charges of hit-and-run and dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
