Two suspects charged after Lamborghini stolen in armed home invasion in Richmond Hill: police

Two suspects have been charged after a Lamborghini was stolen in an armed home invasion in Richmond Hill, according to police.

The incident occurred on Monday evening at a residence on Yonge Street near Highway 7. York Regional Police say two men, armed with handguns, forced their way into the home and demanded the keys to a Lamborghini parked in the garage.

The suspects then fled the scene in the stolen vehicle, but were later apprehended by police after a brief pursuit. The Lamborghini was also recovered.

Police have identified the suspects as 25-year-old Jalen Williams and 26-year-old Javon Williams, both from Toronto. They have been charged with robbery with a firearm, break and enter, and possession of stolen property.

No injuries were reported in the incident.

The investigation is ongoing and police are asking anyone with information to come forward. They are also reminding the public to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity in their neighbourhoods.

This brazen home invasion and theft of a luxury vehicle has left the community of Richmond Hill shaken.
