The Lloydminster community is reeling after the tragic news of a triple homicide that occurred over the weekend. The victims have now been identified by police as 39-year-old Tammy Brown, 39-year-old Jacob Sansom, and 30-year-old Maurice Cardinal.
According to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), the incident took place on Friday evening at a residence in the 5100 block of 50th Avenue in Lloydminster. Upon arrival, officers discovered the bodies of the three victims, who were all known to each other.
The RCMP Major Crimes Unit, along with the Lloydminster RCMP and Forensic Identification Section, are currently investigating the case. They have not yet released any information about potential suspects or a possible motive for the killings.
In a statement, the RCMP expressed their condolences to the families and friends of the victims. They also assured the public that they are doing everything in their power to bring those responsible to justice.
