A serious industrial accident at Ontario Place has left one person in critical condition, according to police.
The incident occurred on Monday afternoon at the popular waterfront attraction, located on the shores of Lake Ontario. Emergency services were called to the scene around 2:30 p.m. after reports of an accident involving heavy machinery.
According to Toronto police, the injured individual was rushed to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries. The exact nature of the injuries has not been disclosed.
