Four individuals have been charged with spousal assault by the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) following separate incidents.
According to the OPP, the first incident occurred on Monday, June 14, when officers responded to a domestic disturbance call in the County of Brant. As a result, a 35-year-old man was charged with assault and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
The second incident took place on Tuesday, June 15, in the City of Brantford. A 29-year-old man was charged with assault and mischief under $5,000.
On Wednesday, June 16, the OPP responded to another domestic disturbance call in the County of Brant. A 36-year-old man was charged with assault and mischief under $5,000.
The final incident occurred on Thursday, June 17, in the City of Brantford. A 31-year-old woman was charged with assault and mischief under $5,000.
All four individuals have been released from custody and are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
