Saskatoon Police Investigating After Three Men Assaulted with Hammers and Golf Club

The Saskatoon Police Service is currently investigating a violent assault that occurred on Sunday evening, leaving three men injured.

According to police, the incident took place in the 100 block of Avenue O South around 8:30 p.m. Three men were reportedly attacked by a group of individuals armed with hammers and a golf club.

The victims, all in their 20s, sustained serious injuries and were transported to hospital for treatment. Their current condition is unknown.

The suspects fled the scene before police arrived. No arrests have been made at this time, but the investigation is ongoing.

Police are appealing to the public for any information or witnesses who may have seen the assault or have knowledge of the suspects involved. They are also asking nearby residents to check their surveillance cameras for any footage that may be helpful to the investigation.

In a statement, Saskatoon Police Service spokesperson Alyson Edwards stated, “This was a violent and targeted attack, and we are taking this matter very seriously. We are urging anyone with information to come forward and assist us in identifying those responsible.”
