A man has been rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after a stabbing incident in Toronto, according to the Toronto Police Service (TPS).
The incident occurred on Monday evening at around 8:30 p.m. in the area of Yonge Street and Wellesley Street East. TPS received a call about a stabbing and immediately responded to the scene.
Upon arrival, officers found a man in his 30s with multiple stab wounds. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The TPS has not released any information about the victim’s identity or the possible motive behind the attack. They are currently investigating the incident and are appealing to the public for any information that may assist in their investigation.

The area where the incident occurred was closed off for several hours as TPS conducted their investigation. It has since been reopened to the public.
