On Sunday January 12th, 2025, at approximately 8:22pm, 1  District (St. Catharines/Thorold) uniform officers with the Niagara Regional Police Service were conducting general patrol in the area of Ontario Street and King Street in the City of St. Catharines.  Officers observed a blue sport utility vehicle travelling with no front plate affixed to the front of the motor vehicle.  Read more…
