Siva, who has been with Sedgwick for over 15 years, previously served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Operations in Canada. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of Sedgwick’s Canadian business, including client services, technology, and business development.
According to Sedgwick’s President of International Operations, Ian V. Muress, Siva’s extensive experience and proven track record make him the ideal candidate for this important role. Muress also expressed confidence in Siva’s ability to drive growth and deliver exceptional service to clients in Canada.
Siva’s career at Sedgwick began in 2005 when he joined the company as a claims adjuster. Over the years, he has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Operations. In these roles, he has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and delivering innovative solutions to clients.
In addition to his impressive professional background, Siva holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto. He is also a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and a Fellow of the Canadian Independent Adjusters’ Association (FCIAA).
