Man dies after being found injured in southeast Calgary alley

A man has tragically passed away after being discovered with serious injuries in a southeast Calgary alley.

According to Calgary Police, officers were called to the scene in the 200 block of 15 Avenue S.E. at around 6:30 a.m. on Sunday. Upon arrival, they found a man in his 30s with significant injuries.

The victim was immediately transported to hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The Calgary Police Service’s Homicide Unit has taken over the investigation and is working to determine the circumstances surrounding the man’s death.
