Three people shot and another stabbed in Mississauga

Three individuals were shot and another was stabbed in a violent incident that occurred in Mississauga on Tuesday evening.

According to Peel Regional Police, the incident took place in the area of Hurontario Street and Dundas Street East around 8:30 p.m.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers found three victims suffering from gunshot wounds and one victim with stab wounds. All four individuals were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The extent of their injuries is currently unknown, but police have confirmed that they are all in stable condition.

At this time, no suspects have been identified and no arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing and police are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.

The area has been cordoned off as officers continue to gather evidence and speak to witnesses. Residents are advised to avoid the area until further notice.
