A man is in critical condition after being shot in East York, according to paramedics.
The incident occurred on Monday evening near the intersection of Dawes Road and Victoria Park Avenue. Emergency services were called to the scene at around 8:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, paramedics found a man in his 30s suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately rushed to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.
