A serious collision in North York has left one person with serious injuries, according to Toronto police.
The incident occurred on Monday evening at the intersection of Yonge Street and Finch Avenue. Police were called to the scene at around 7:30 p.m. and found that two vehicles had collided.
One person was rushed to a nearby hospital with serious injuries, while the other driver sustained minor injuries.
The intersection was closed for several hours as police investigated the scene and cleared the wreckage. It has since been reopened to traffic.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation, and police have not released any further details at this time.
