Minivan bursts into flames outside Vancouver City Hall, witness says man arrested

A minivan caught fire outside Vancouver City Hall on Tuesday afternoon, according to a witness at the scene. The incident resulted in the arrest of a man.

The fire broke out around 2:30 p.m. in the parking lot of City Hall, located at 453 West 12th Avenue. The witness, who wished to remain anonymous, reported seeing thick black smoke and flames coming from the minivan.

The Vancouver Fire Department was immediately called to the scene and was able to quickly extinguish the fire. No injuries were reported.
