Three charged, one sought after $10K break-in: Lambton OPP

Three individuals have been charged and one is still being sought after a break-in that resulted in $10,000 worth of stolen property in Lambton County, according to the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).

The incident occurred on Monday, October 4th, at a residence on Oil Heritage Road in the municipality of Enniskillen. The OPP were alerted to the break-in and immediately launched an investigation.

As a result, three individuals have been arrested and charged with break and enter, possession of stolen property, and possession of break-in instruments. They have been identified as 27-year-old John Doe, 29-year-old Jane Smith, and 32-year-old Jack Brown, all from the nearby town of Petrolia.

However, the OPP is still searching for a fourth suspect, 25-year-old Jake Johnson, also from Petrolia. He is wanted on the same charges as the other three individuals.

The stolen property, which includes electronics and jewelry, has been recovered and returned to its rightful owner.

The OPP is reminding the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity in their communities. They also urge residents to properly secure their homes and valuables to prevent break-ins.
