Police are currently on the lookout for $28,000 worth of medical equipment that was stolen from a Porsche in Calgary.

According to authorities, the theft occurred on December 22nd at around 9:30 p.m. The vehicle was parked in the 100 block of 10 Street NW when the incident took place.

The stolen equipment includes a portable ultrasound machine, a portable defibrillator, and a portable oxygen tank. These items are essential for medical professionals and their loss could have serious consequences.

The owner of the Porsche, who is a medical professional, had left the equipment in the vehicle while attending a holiday party. When they returned to their car, they discovered that the equipment was missing.

Police are urging anyone with information about the theft or the whereabouts of the stolen equipment to come forward. They are also reminding the public to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity.

In the meantime, the owner of the Porsche is left without crucial medical equipment and is appealing to the public for help in recovering it. The stolen items are described as follows:
