A man was rushed to the hospital in serious condition after being stabbed in Rexdale on Monday evening.
According to Toronto police, the incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. in the area of Kipling Avenue and Mount Olive Drive.
The victim, whose identity has not been released, was found with multiple stab wounds and was immediately transported to a nearby trauma centre.
Police have not yet provided any information on the suspect or a possible motive for the stabbing.
The area was cordoned off as officers conducted their investigation, but it has since been reopened to the public.
