Police searching for 'armed and dangerous' assault suspect near Terrace, B.C.

Police in Terrace, British Columbia are currently on the lookout for an armed and dangerous suspect following an assault that took place on Monday evening.

According to authorities, the incident occurred at around 7:30 p.m. in the area of Kalum Street and Park Avenue. The victim, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries, was able to provide a description of the suspect to the police.

The suspect has been identified as 35-year-old John Smith, who is considered armed and dangerous. He is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 6 feet tall, with a medium build and short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and black shoes.

Police have been actively searching for Smith since the incident and are urging the public to use caution if they come into contact with him. They are also advising anyone who sees him to not approach him and to call 911 immediately.

In addition, authorities are asking residents in the area to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the police. They are also reminding the public to always be aware of their surroundings and to take necessary precautions to ensure their safety.
