A man has been hospitalized after a collision between a vehicle and a TTC bus in Toronto’s east end.
According to Toronto police, the incident occurred at the intersection of Danforth and Coxwell Avenues around 9:30 p.m. on Monday.
The man, who was a passenger on the bus, sustained serious injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The extent of his injuries is currently unknown.
The driver of the vehicle involved in the collision remained at the scene and is cooperating with authorities. No other injuries have been reported.
The intersection was closed for several hours as police investigated the scene and cleared the area. It has since been reopened to traffic.
