4 people, including 2 cops, injured in North York collision

Four people, including two police officers, were injured in a collision in North York on Monday evening.

According to Toronto police, the incident occurred at the intersection of Yonge Street and Finch Avenue around 7:30 p.m. A police cruiser and another vehicle were involved in the collision.

The two officers were responding to a call when the collision happened. They were taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The two occupants of the other vehicle, a man and a woman, were also injured and transported to the hospital. Their conditions are currently unknown.

The intersection was closed for several hours as police investigated the scene. It has since been reopened.
