Man in his 40s seriously injured in Scarborough stabbing

A man in his 40s has been left with serious injuries after a stabbing incident in Scarborough.

According to Toronto police, the incident occurred on Monday evening at around 8:30 p.m. in the area of Lawrence Avenue East and Kingston Road.

The victim was found with multiple stab wounds and was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

This is the second stabbing incident in Scarborough in the past week, with a 17-year-old boy being fatally stabbed on Christmas Eve.
