On April 1, 2024, at approximately 6:00pm, 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake) uniform officers attended the area of Centre Street and Ellen Avenue in the City of Niagara Falls in response to a male in crisis.
Officers and medical services attended the scene and located a vehicle on fire and the male with injuries. The male was tragically pronounced deceased at the scene.
Detectives with 2 District have take carriage of the investigation.
There is no criminality as a result of the investigation.
