A tragic three-car crash in Mississauga has claimed the life of a second man, according to police.
The incident occurred on Saturday evening at the intersection of Hurontario Street and Eglinton Avenue. Three vehicles were involved in the collision, leaving two men with life-threatening injuries.
One of the men, a 35-year-old from Brampton, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other, a 37-year-old from Mississauga, was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
Sadly, the Mississauga man succumbed to his injuries on Sunday, police confirmed.
The third driver involved in the crash, a 29-year-old man from Toronto, sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation, but police believe speed may have been a factor.
