Police in Richmond, British Columbia are on the hunt for a suspect involved in a disturbing assault on an 88-year-old woman.
According to authorities, the incident occurred on Monday afternoon at around 2:30 p.m. The elderly woman was walking in the area of No. 3 Road and Blundell Road when she was approached by a stranger.
The suspect allegedly grabbed the woman’s arm and pushed her to the ground before fleeing the scene. The victim sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian man in his 30s, approximately 5’10” tall with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and a black baseball cap.
