A motorcyclist is currently in critical condition after a serious crash in Mississauga on Sunday evening.
According to Peel Regional Police, the collision occurred at the intersection of Hurontario Street and Eglinton Avenue West around 7:30 p.m.
The motorcyclist, whose identity has not been released, was rushed to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.
Police say the driver of the other vehicle involved in the crash remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
The intersection was closed for several hours as police gathered evidence and conducted their investigation. It has since reopened to traffic.
Authorities are urging anyone who may have witnessed the crash to come forward with any information that could assist in the investigation.
