A family of three was struck by a driver in South Etobicoke on Monday evening, leaving their injuries unknown.
According to Toronto police, the incident occurred at around 6:30 p.m. near the intersection of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Twenty Fourth Street.
The victims, two adults and a baby, were walking on the sidewalk when they were hit by a vehicle. The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with authorities.
Emergency services arrived at the scene and transported the family to a nearby hospital. The extent of their injuries is currently unknown.
Police have not released any information about the driver or the cause of the collision. The investigation is ongoing.
The area was closed off for several hours as police gathered evidence and spoke to witnesses. The road has since been reopened.
