Male Arrested in Relation to Multiple Break and Enters

On January 25, 2024, 2 District Street Crime Detectives with the Niagara Regional Police Service, began an investigation into multiple residential break and enters that were occurring in the Niagara Region.

The incidents occurred in Niagara Falls on January 25th, 2024. 

As a result of the investigation detectives were able to identify a male suspect. On January 30, 2024, Joseph CAMUS (40 years old) of Niagara Falls was arrested and charged with the following offences:

Break and enter (6 Counts)

CAMUS was held in custody pending a video bail hearing that is expected to take place on January 31, 2024, at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse located at 59 Church Street, in the City of St. Catharines.
