Ursla was last seen on February 5, 2024 at 6:45am, in the area of Scott Street and Bunting Road, in the City of St. Catharines.

White female Long grey hair in ponytail Slender build
Clothing description:
Light grey jacket with hood Blue pants Black Boots
The police and Ursla’s family are concerned for her welfare. Anyone who may have information as to her location are asked to contact the Niagara Regional Police Service at 905-688-4111.
