Kelowna BC SPCA Pet of the week

Kelowna, BC – The Kelowna BC SPCA has introduced their newest Pet of the Week, a lovable and energetic dog named Max.

Max is a 2-year-old Labrador Retriever mix who is full of life and love. He is described as a social butterfly who loves to be around people and other dogs. Max is also very playful and enjoys going for walks and playing fetch.

According to the BC SPCA, Max is a quick learner and already knows basic commands such as sit, stay, and come. He is also house trained and is looking for a family who will continue to work on his training and provide him with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.

Max’s ideal home would be one with a fenced yard where he can run and play freely. He would also do well in a home with another dog as he loves to have a companion to play with.

This lovable pup has a lot of love to give and is looking for a forever home where he can be showered with affection and attention. Max’s adoption fee is $450 and includes his neuter, vaccinations, and a microchip.

If you are interested in adopting Max, you can visit the Kelowna BC SPCA website or contact them directly to schedule a meet and greet. The BC SPCA is also reminding potential adopters to be patient as the adoption process may take longer than usual due to COVID-19 safety protocols.

The BC SPCA is a non-profit organization that relies on donations to continue their important work of rescuing and caring for animals in need. If you are unable to adopt, you can still support their cause by making a donation or becoming a volunteer.

Let’s help Max find his forever home and give him the love and care he deserves. Remember, adopting a pet is a lifelong commitment and should not be taken lightly. But with the right family, Max will surely bring joy and happiness into their lives.
