Kelowna RCMP need the public's help to locate a suspect in a rash of golf shop break and enters

Kelowna RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect involved in a series of break-and-enters at local golf shops. The incidents have caused concern among the community and the police are urging anyone with information to come forward.

According to the authorities, the break-ins occurred at multiple golf shops in the Kelowna area over the past few weeks. The suspect has been targeting high-end golf equipment and causing significant damage to the stores in the process.

Sergeant Joel Glen of the Kelowna RCMP states, “These break-and-enters have not only resulted in financial losses for the businesses, but also caused a sense of unease among the owners and employees. We are determined to identify and apprehend the individual responsible for these crimes.”

The police have released a surveillance video of the suspect, hoping that someone may recognize the individual and provide valuable information. The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 6 feet tall, with a slim build and short dark hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and black shoes.

The RCMP is also reminding the public to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity in the area. “We are asking for the community’s help in solving these crimes. If you have any information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, please come forward,” says Sgt. Glen.
