A fire broke out in a downtown Chatham property on Tuesday evening, causing significant damage and resulting in two men being charged with arson.

Two men, aged 25 and 27, were arrested and charged with arson in connection with the fire. They are currently in police custody and are scheduled to appear in court for a bail hearing.
