Surrey man targeted, fatally shot while at work, investigators say

An Alberta junior hockey team is set to take the ice this weekend for a memorial game honouring three of its players who died in a highway crash.

A man who is involved in the Waterloo Region music scene has been charged in connection with a historic sexual assault, according to Waterloo regional police.

A ghost shoes memorial was held on Saturday in the Plateau-Mount-Royal borough, after a young man was fatally struck by a public transit bus.
