A Surrey woman was sexually assaulted by a stranger while she was asleep in her own home, according to the RCMP.
The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning, when the woman woke up to find an unknown man in her bedroom. The man then proceeded to sexually assault her before fleeing the scene.
The victim immediately contacted the police, who arrived at the scene and conducted a thorough investigation. The suspect has been described as a Caucasian man in his 30s, approximately 5’10” tall with a medium build and short dark hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and dark pants.
