A shocking incident occurred in the affluent Bridle Path neighborhood of Toronto on Tuesday afternoon, as surveillance footage captured suspects ramming a gate and stealing a Bentley in broad daylight.
The video, obtained by CTV News, shows a black SUV pulling up to the gate of a home on Park Lane Circle around 2:30 p.m. Two individuals can be seen exiting the vehicle and using a crowbar to pry open the gate. They then proceed to ram the gate with the SUV, causing significant damage.
Once the gate is breached, the suspects drive onto the property and park in front of the garage. One of the suspects exits the vehicle and enters the garage, while the other remains in the SUV. Moments later, the suspect returns to the SUV and drives off with a white Bentley, which was parked inside the garage.
The entire incident took less than two minutes, leaving the homeowners in shock and disbelief. The stolen Bentley is estimated to be worth over $200,000.
According to police, the suspects are believed to be in their 20s and were wearing dark clothing at the time of the incident. They are still at large and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
