A two-vehicle collision in Brampton has resulted in three individuals being sent to the hospital.
The incident occurred on Monday evening at the intersection of Queen Street East and Bramalea Road. According to Peel Regional Police, one of the vehicles involved was a sedan while the other was a pickup truck.
Upon arrival at the scene, emergency responders found three people with injuries. They were immediately transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The extent of their injuries is currently unknown.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation. However, police have confirmed that both vehicles sustained significant damage.
The intersection was closed for several hours as police conducted their investigation and cleared the scene. It has since been reopened to traffic.
