A tragic accident in Bécancour, Quebec has claimed the life of a motorcyclist.
According to authorities, the crash occurred on Saturday afternoon on Highway 132 near the intersection of Chemin des Vingt. The motorcyclist, a 35-year-old man, was traveling eastbound when he lost control of his vehicle and collided with a guardrail.
Emergency services were called to the scene, but unfortunately, the motorcyclist succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s identity has not been released at this time.
